As we approach the end of the first half of 2014 and summer starts to show itself in London we’ve invested in another 6 companies. That takes our total portfolio now to 25 companies. 25 companies who are all B2B SaaS, all on a fast growth path and many of which will struggle with similar challenges and problems as they grow.
Our portfolio companies have also raised over $150m in funding this year between them so it’s been a busy start to the year.
At Notion we like to add value to our companies; whether through sound strategic advice, introducing our teams to our wider network of contacts or helping them hire top talent, we do what we can to help our companies grow and succeed.
We’ve realised that part of this challenge is to know who to introduce to who, when why and how. We already run various events, manage a collaborative co-working space, Notion House in Notting Hill, London and connect our founders and their teams to people we think can help. We’ve been thinking how we can do this better; how can we really make sure all the portfolio companies can benefit from each other, how can they all be connected to who will help them at the right time and how can we manage this as we continue to grow our family of companies and network of useful contacts around the world.
So; to cut a long story short; we’re hiring!
We’re hiring a Community and Events manager for Notion Capital, to manage the Notion Network and ensure our portfolio companies all know each other and who they need to know in our wider network.
