This situation is a test for all leaders, but marketing is supposed to be the internal and external 'voice' for the company and brand. How do you keep teams motivated and positive during this situation? Most of us are facing team reductions, budget reductions, and moderate-to-severe interruptions to business. What are we doing to support our teams and company through this process? What are we doing to help ourselves as well? I would be happy to lead a discussion on this.
