Hari Faulkner

At Notion, my role is all about supporting and monitoring our portfolio companies from a finance perspective. This includes acting as a sounding board to finance leads across our portfolio, advising teams on how to improve their financial reporting, and undertaking benchmarking analysis so that our CFOs understand how they’re performing against their peers. I also support our investment team on the financial due diligence process for new investments.

I joined Notion in September 2024 after spending over 8 years at PwC where I qualified as a chartered accountant and worked in M&A for many years, principally in the software sector. Prior to embarking on a career in numbers, I studied languages at university and lived in Argentina for a year where I ate my body weight in empanadas and failed miserably at learning how to tango.

Outside of work (and often at work too) you will either find me eating or thinking about what I’m next going to eat - nothing makes me happier than good food!
