Meet TestGorilla

TestGorilla is an online skills assessment platform making hiring more efficient and less biassed. Already being used by 4,900 companies like: H&M, Oracle, Bain & Company, TestGorilla aims to replace CVs and predict real-world job performance. The platform contains hundreds of scientifically validated tests for role-specific skills like digital marketing and product management, as well as general skills like communication and critical thinking. TestGorilla also allows employers to build in their own custom questions into assessment, allowing candidates to answer using long form texts, code, and even videos.

Meet the founders‍

Wouter Durville, CEO and Co-Founder - Wouter is a serial entrepreneur, and founder of TestGorilla. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Wouter was a manager at Bain and a turnaround manager at Heineken. He got the idea for TestGorilla when trying to hire people for Sukhi, a business he started with his wife that sells hand-woven rugs.

Otto Verhage, Co-Founder - Prior to TestGorilla, Otto was a Partner with Bain & Company with deep expertise in Growth Strategy for Agrifood companies and Customer Experience in Retail Banking. Otto served as leader of the recruiting team in Amsterdam and was actively involved in global training programs and local inspirational leadership initiatives.
