People Collective runs an embedded model, putting in stage appropriate plans from Seed to Series C, with a lot of time onsite to understand business needs and adapt plans accordingly.
People Collective offer modules on new manager training, performance management, goal setting (OKRs etc), org design, onboarding and talent acquisition, putting the strategy and frameworks in place, but also managing crucial rollout. What typically would take 12 months can then be rolled out in 3-6.

Matt has 10 years experience rolling out Talent and People Operations strategies for tech companies across the world. Prior to founding The People Collective, he held leadership roles in companies like Peakon, Qubit and Lyst.
He is also co-creator of DBR, Europe’s biggest Slack, talks and meetup group for Internal Talent / People professionals.
