We will be hosting a series of Customer Success workshops and discussions working through the practical realities of leading CS teams in the current climate. The workshops will be led by Pat Phelan, Chief Customer Officer at GoCardless.
We are planning four sessions with Pat, the first being a scene setter and general discussion, before following up with three deep dive sessions on:
Discipline: putting in place the discipline to manage and understand customer books of business as optimally as possible.
Data: do you have the data to make the right decisions
Decisions: applying discipline and data within target customer groups
The first session will be taking place on Wednesday of next week (22nd April) at 11.00am – midday. We will follow up with invites for the additional sessions closer to the time.
