Topia helps companies solve the complexities and risks of managing their employees wherever they need to work in an efficient and compliant way. This is the problem Topia was made to solve.

Topia is used by many large and prestigious companies in the energy, finance, semiconductor, telecoms, and engineering/design sectors to ensure the right people are in the right place, critical to driving company performance. These customers illustrate the need for Topia’s solution and their ability to help these companies address complex and large-scale people-related needs. Employing great people and helping them do their best work wherever they need to be is central to every successful global business and why we are excited about Topia’s prospects.

Welcoming Andy Leaver

I am pleased to announce that Andy Leaver will be joining Topia as a board advisor.

Andy brings extensive experience scaling and leading global teams in disruptive technology companies, with a particular focus on human capital management. Over the last 20 years, Andy has built global teams in SaaS, Cloud, Data, Open Source, and AI businesses. His experience includes driving growth at Ariba, SuccessFactors, Bazaarvoice, Workday, and Hortonworks—transforming them into public companies via IPO.

These insights will be valuable as Topia continues to expand its market presence and develop innovative solutions for managing a distributed workforce. Andy's addition to the board strengthens our confidence in Topia's future and its ability to execute its growth plans.

"In this age of distributed workforces, organizations need to have a global strategy for business travel compliance and relocation. Traditional approaches are cumbersome and slow, unable to move at the speed of modern business expectations. This is why I'm excited to be working with Bill and the team at Topia - having a comprehensive approach from strategy, to planning, to travel and payroll is crucial and an area my HRTech experience often highlighted." - Andy Leaver

Customers & Product

Topia has built up a great customer base over the years and continued to develop its technology proposition. Through a combination of in-house development and acquisitions, the product suite now serves both the office of the CFO and HR. I believe their technology is best in class and provides everything a customer needs to navigate the world of business travel compliance and relocation management.

A great team

Topia’s leadership was a key factor in my investment decision. The CEO, Bill Mastin, has been with Topia since 2019 and has over 25 years of experience in software and SaaS companies, especially in the talent and learning space. His notable roles include Managing Director of Saba APAC and leading Saba's global services division. At Learning Technologies Group, he managed up to $100M ARR and was involved in $250M in acquisitions over three years.

"We are pleased to have the support of Notion Capital as one of our lead investors. As SaaS specialists with expertise in human capital, their support and advice are always valuable. We are also delighted that Andy Leaver is joining as a board advisor. His experience scaling companies around the world, especially Workday and SuccessFactors, is invaluable." - Bill Mastin, CEO, Topia.
